我們會處理帳戶資料（電郵、顯示名稱和年級）、學習紀錄、推送通知 token，以及你選擇上傳作 AI 分析的教材。教材只用於你的帳戶內分析及產生練習；請只上傳你有權使用的內容。
付款由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理；RevenueCat 只會收到不含姓名、電郵或廣告識別碼的 FunPlanet 帳戶 ID，以管理訂閱權益。我們使用 Resend 發送帳戶及安全電郵。我們不出售兒童資料，亦不以資料作廣告用途。
你可以刪除教材；刪除帳戶或查詢資料請聯絡 support@funplanet.io。我們會按服務運作、法律及防止濫用所需的期間保存資料。
刪除帳戶：家長可在 App 的「個人」頁面進入「家長專區」後刪除帳戶；如無法登入，可使用刪除帳戶網頁提出申請。我們會永久刪除帳戶資料、學習紀錄、推送 token、上傳教材及原檔、AI 練習，以及我們儲存的相關 AI 和電郵 log；依法必須保留的最少資料除外。
刪除帳戶不會取消 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的訂閱。請先在相應商店取消自動續訂，以免繼續收費。

We process account data (email, display name and grade), learning progress, push-notification tokens, and study material you choose to upload for AI analysis. Material is used only to analyse it and create practice in your account; upload only content you are allowed to use.
Apple App Store or Google Play handles payments. RevenueCat receives only a non-personal FunPlanet account ID to manage subscription entitlement. Resend delivers account and security email. We do not sell children’s information or use it for advertising.
Account deletion: a parent can delete an account in the Parent area from the app Profile tab. If you cannot access the app, use our account deletion page to submit a request. We permanently delete account data, learning records, push tokens, uploaded material and original files, AI practices, and our related AI and email logs, except for the minimum data we must retain by law.
Deleting a FunPlanet account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel automatic renewal in the relevant store to prevent further charges.
