家長可在 FunPlanet App 的「個人」頁面進入「家長專區」，完成算式後選擇「刪除帳戶」，即可永久刪除帳戶和相關學習資料。
如無法登入 App，請電郵聯絡我們提出刪除請求，並使用帳戶登記的電郵地址；我們會先確認帳戶擁有權。
刪除 FunPlanet 帳戶不會取消 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 訂閱。請先在相應商店取消自動續訂，以免繼續收費。

A parent can open the Parent area from the Profile tab in the FunPlanet app, complete the arithmetic check, and choose Delete account to permanently remove the account and associated learning data.
If you cannot access the app, email us to request deletion from the email address registered to the account. We will confirm account ownership first.
Deleting a FunPlanet account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel automatic renewal in the relevant store to prevent further charges.
